“We didn't cook there but the kitchen had plenty of items including blender, toaster, coffee pot and utensils and dishes and such.”

“We loved the location. A short walk to the pier, shops and dining. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. There is a Vons for groceries within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful space with a decidedly contemporary vibe. Complete with all appliances and other appointments (including a first aid kit!). Owner was very accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond by supplying a wheelchair ramp and spare keys when digital lock malfunctioned. Highly recommend this spot!”

“We loved the location and the views and the washer & dryer! Great high end small appliances and very modern look to the inside. Very responsive when we needed things or had questions. The only thing that wasn’t fully communicated in the description is it said it was a sofa queen sleeper and it was a sofa with a twin bed that pulled out from under the sofa. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated.
