"Such a fabulous stay while visiting the Biltmore! The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The staff were all very helpful, especially Renee at the front desk. You have several very good dining options right here in the Village. We ate at the Bistro and the trout was so fresh! The sunflower field adjacent to the property was in full bloom and seemed to meander along forever! Cute shops and great ice cream all within steps of the hotel. Oh, and live music both in the hotel courtyard and in the square. Adored this place! Would love to come back someday!"

"The resort was beautiful. Big, grand feel. Beautiful mountain views from restaurants and rooms. Nicely landscaped. In a nice mountain neighborhood with old homes with character. Several restaurants. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and well worth the $35. Every bite was delicious. The pool and hot tubs in the spa could only be used by spa guests and guests that paid $200 per day to use them. There was another outdoor pool, but it was so far away, I couldn't even see it from the hotel. The concierge suggested taking a shuttle to the pool. At these nightly prices, a pool and hot tub for all guests is expected. The guest room walls were paper thin in the Sammons annex. I could hear conversations next door and could even hear someone hiccuping, so you felt as though you couldn't talk about anything private (or do anything else) because your neighbor would hear every word."

"The staff from the valets to reception were wonderful, polite, attentive, and professional. The room was large comfortable and the views, beautiful and memorable. Location was key to our stay and convenient for our needs. The internet was spotty and privacy of the bathroom in the room was not preferred but overall clean and comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again."
