“This place is a dump and the receptionist asked us to leave the heat off. ”

“The hotel itself was nice but there was a strong odor of cleaning products in the space and hallways. It also could have been cleaned better.”

“Second time staying there, this time was super popular because of a game next door. Only issue was 1 of the 3 elevators were down but other than that great place to stay, conveniently located, affordable, and always a cab outside! Starbucks, groceries steps away!”

“Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean……

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We checked in opened the room and there was two rats that ran towards under the bed so I ran out screaming to the front desk, I should have asked for a refund right there! But there was other customers, so I let the guy give me another room. I opened the room my husband went into the bathroom I checked the bed and there was bed bug feces all over the corners of the mattress no mattress cover and dead bugs so I ran out screaming to the front desk and ask for a refund then……
