Top Middlesex Hotel Reviews
Holiday Inn Express Rocky Mount Sports Center by IHG
"Desk staff were very nice and pleasant during our stay. However, our room was not cleaned on Saturday or Sunday. On Saturday morning I spoke with the housekeeper and asked her to leave two plastic cups and fresh towels in the room. When I returned to the room on Saturday evening I discovered that the housekeeper had not been in the room. I had to go down to the lobby for fresh towels and to the coffee counter to get 2 paper cups. Thankfully, I bought Hefty trash bag from home so I was able to empty the two small trash cans in the room. Sunday I was out of the room all day. When I returned Sunday night I found the room exactly as I left it. The trash bag was still there with trash in it, no nee plastic cups, and no fresh towels."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Wilson, NC
"The room needed a little repairing in the bathroom. Plaster around the tub wall near the floor in the corners needed repair and dust webs cleaned. It was fine other than that."
Motel 6 Kenly, NC
"Found a cockroach in my room on the final night. Wasn’t happy about, but it happens. The staff was pleasant and super helpful. AC didn’t work in the deluxe room that I booked and they moved me to a different unit on the lower floor where it worked better. I’d stay again for a super quick overnight stay, but definitely not more than a night or two. Cleaning staff are amazing and cleaned the rooms up almost daily. They were super nice and super quick."
Home2 Suites by Hilton Raleigh North I-540

"The staff is great. They work hard to make sure you have a great stay. They are constantly trying to improve your visit."
Holiday Inn Rocky Mount - US 64 by IHG
"I was very pleased with my room. Very comfortable bed. Nice space with good bathroom space. It was a great location on the NC border. Nice amenities (pool and gym was very nice). But most importantly, I was very very pleased with Andrea at the front desk. She was very accommodating and helped me with checking in a little early after I had a long drive getting there. She was very friendly, respectful, and empathetic. I have nothing but high praise for her and everything she helped with. Thank you Andrea!"
