“We contacted them a couple of times before check in but received no reply...the key box was awkward to use”

“Good location as a base for touring the area or for a family as close to beach and play area. Onsite parking with well appointed kitchen. Living area rather sparsely furnished and seating could be more comfortable but overall totally adequate. Owner easily contactable by phone to answer any questions.”

“The flat was of a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The block of flats is in a quiet side street of the High Street. The Co-op supermarket is just a minute away, and so is Savers. The only problem was the check-in. The access code was not sent beforehand. It needed texts, emails and calls and took an hour to finally enter the place.”

“Communication from the managing agent, Interhome, was very poor. Issues were reported promptly with photos and escalated via Vrbo, however we did not receive a response until late in our stay. Although we were advised a “local team” would be in touch, no contact was made while we were staying at the property.We stayed as a family with a toddler and newborn. The property was not presented to an acceptable standard on arrival. Due to hygiene concerns, we had to purchase cleaning products and clean……

“The flat was need and well appointed. It was conveniently located to the beach, golf club and other amenities. There was a mix up at check in with us being given the incorrect flat number. Fortunately our friends know the owner and he was able to let us in. Despite this, we would stay here again. ”
