"The property was “ok” and just fine for one night. It was covenant to the location where I had to be in the morning and found a really nice BBQ restaurant very close by. That being said, there was NO luggage rack in my room so I had to put my bag on the bed and eventually on the floor. Also there was NO ice machine which I found both annoying and disappointing. I prepaid for my room yet it took about 10 minutes to get my key which I found baffling especially because I had to urinate 10 minutes before I arrived. I will find another property next time I need to be in Morgan Hill. "

"It's a shame that this hotel is part of the CHOICE chain because they should send a manager to see what the conditions are like here. They're pretty disastrous and truly disgusting. I think the quality is getting worse. I would never go back to a place like that."

"The office was not clearly marked and the couple that was helping me check in (I believe the owners) were arguing with raised voices. The room was run down and a lot smaller than expected. The bathroom had hair stuck to the walls in different places. The parking lot was a one lane and no way to get out at the other end which made it difficult to leave."
