“Check in was delayed by almost 3 hours because they were “busy”. The staff was less than helpful and had no explanation. Us and another couple we were travelling with all had to cram into the only room that was ready on time. Four people had to get ready in a very small 1 bathroom hotel room or miss our dinner reservations that we made weeks in advance. The free coffee voucher was supposed to make up for this massive inconvenience. The hotel was great, the experience was garbage.”

“Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the room that were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. To start, they asked us to check in 30 minutes late to ensure cleanliness. Once we showed up we learned it was because a staff cleaner lost her phone and assumed it was in our room. (It wasn’t). So she had to go in ahead of us to find it while we stood there. Next, the windows were extremely dirty and had spider webs, the shower leaked badly onto the bathroom floor during……

“Great property. Very easy on the eyes. Loved the bed, VERY comfortable. However they said breakfast was included & there was a breakfast buffet. Which was great. But I get to the buffet & of course it was $18.95 to partake. Kinda caught me off guard. Also be prepared to pay for parking. Cost $45 to park onsite which was the only option if u wanted to be onsite. ”

“The photos of this hotel are very misleading. The level of cleanliness was worse than any hotel we have ever been to. As soon as we walked into the room we could see debris on the floors. There was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans. There was white splatter all over the laundry machines and hardwood. The view from the large windows was amazing, if only the window panes weren't completely stained and covered in a thick layer of dust. And the icing on the cake was actual WEED, yes as in……
