It was a nightmare stay for a needed good sleep. People camp at the outdoor hot tub, so it's almost impossible to get in unless you keep monitoring it by wasting your night. I messaged the number they provided for noise, but no response. There's no service outside of business hours. I stayed there in mid-March during many schools' spring break, and the hotel was very busy with lots of families. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. I dined twice at the two restaurants on site: Alpine Hall and Tipsy Trout. Service quality was mixed. One night at Alpine Hall was professional, the other was amateurish with a poorly trained server and an out-of-date wine list. Service at Tipsy Trout was good. Unfortunately, I got very sick after having dinner at Alpine Hall my last night at the Lodge. When I reported my illness to a hotel employee, she asked what I had eaten and said that other guests had reported getting sick. I did not hear anything further from the Lodge.
