“The home was cute and comfortable. It's not immediately in the action of town but close enough to walk. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the house felt clean. The couch and chairs in the family room were not the most cushy but fine enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!”

“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset……

“Fantastic location, convenient to so many restaurants and shops! We were called on day of check in and informed that early check in was available which was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Check in couldn’t have been easier! We loved the space and found it very comfortable for all of us… we each even had a separate bathroom! Only bit of feedback is that the mattresses aren’t the best and bed frames are not too stable. Otherwise, loved this place and would enjoy visiting again!!”

“The host was nice enough but the house itself was odd. Our first indication of trouble was the boarding house sign on the house. Then we were faced with confusing instructions and multiple entrances with key pads locks. Once we entered, we realized that we had to walk into the host's living space to access our rooms. The first thing we noticed about our room was how cold it was. That's when we noticed the two air conditioners in the windows letting in cold air. The thermostat was in the host……
