“A very lovely home for us (family of 4) to spend Christmas. The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and sitting areas. Location was perfect for us due to being only blocks away from my parents. ”

This rental is similar to a timeshare rental without certain things that might be needed if you were spending a week. For example -only a keurig, no drip coffee maker. A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen. The dishwasher was broken. but hopefully will be repaired between……

“The set up of the accommodations was not as listed online, I’ve already spent over 2 hours on the phone with your support team with no resolution whatsoever. They told me I would be refunded 120, which has yet to be received. We never stayed 1 night at this location we booked, we checked in and left an hour later to stay somewhere that was honest about their set up. I have tried to get in contact with the host regarding a refund for Saturday and Sunday night (I was trying to be fair to all……
