"Reasonable price for the stay. Unfortunately our room faces back alley and heard loud garbage bins being emptied at 4 am, it was loud. Room is clean, it was ok for an overnight stay. $100 incidental hold seems higher than average. "

"The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the lobby smelled very clean and fresh. Breakfast staff was very courteous and efficient handling a large crowd for a concert. Our room (507) had a very dim bathroom mirror. It was actually horrible to try and put makeup on or get ready for the day. The light above the desk in the suite was also very dim. Overall a great stay but those were two things we did not like about our stay. We will definitely come back though!! "
