“From a rice cooker to coffee grinder, this condo had everything. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything you need; groceries, bank, errands. Pools, hot tubs, facilities are all excellent. The neighbours and neighbourhood make it worth coming back. We stayed for 3.5 month and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“My wife and I reserved this condo for the July 4th weekend. It was only the 2 of us getting together for a cousin retreat with all my family. Overall the unit was great, all amenities were offered and solid communication with the owner/host. It's at a great location. This is where the problem is: My wife and I just came back from spending over 12 hours at the Colorado River with family on July 4th. We came back ready to shower and get cleaned up at 7:30pm until we get a knock on the door, less……

“The condo was exactly as advertised but better. Bob was a responsive but non-intrusive host who wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had lots of great seating, and the bedrooms were beyond comfy and roomy. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Even in January we were able to enjoy sunsets over the river from the luxury of the hot tub.”

“I enjoyed the location due to the distance to everything. The view was awesome from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Feeding the ducks and the birds from the balcony was enjoyable. Michelle was a great host that offered most anything to make our stay enjoyable.
