"The room was not clean especially the bathroom area. I have stayed at this property in the past a lot and the property has gone down tremendously in my opinion. The water in our room for the shower would not get hot which was an inconvenience. It just did not exceed my expectations this time around & I’m very familiar with this property. My stay at the Home2Suites down the road was way better. "

"The front desk agent was very helpful this night and professional. The room was clean and way better than I expected since it’s been a while since I’ve stayed at a Home2Suites. This hotel was way better than the stay I had at the Hilton Garden Inn out that way surprisingly. 10/10 recommend. "

"2 sinks in room one didn’t work , we turned on flow know underneath and pipes flowed water on carpet . We did not request handicapped room and shower No bedding for sofa bed.breakfast good "

"Our TV was not working. Things were missing from our bathroom, and when we asked for the items, they did not bring them. So I had to go down to the front desk to ask again for the items. They forgot to clean our room, even though I specifically asked them to do it, so we had to ask for new towels. Breakfast, for the price, was the quality you would normally get at another hotel for free. A lot of people had issues, and I would see them complaining at the front desk. "

"This hotel is in a good location, very close to the event we went to town for. The indoor pool is very nice and I love that it is open until 10pm. The staff was also wonderful. However, it could be cleaner. It looked like spaghetti sauce was stuck on the blinds. There was some sort of food stuck on the sheets as well. They told us that the housekeeping is by request only, so we requested they come up, and they never came. So I just asked for another blanket and it had holes in it. The "free" breakfast tasted like chemicals, most people were not eating it. I recommend planning to Door Dash if you stay there. "

"Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch live wires. One bath towel and one wash cloth. No hand towels or floor mat in the bath room. Tub had many chips. Toilet paper dowell missing so toilet paper stuck on one end of the holder. No sink stopper. Ironing board holder had been ripped off the wall in one location and reinstalled in another and hanging loose by only two screws. Of course there was not an ironing board or iron, so that wasn't a factor. It was still noisy past midnight from neighbors but the ac unit produced pretty good white noise. It was a lousy stay. I would try anywhere else before returning."

"This is the kind of place that meets or even slightly exceeds expectations. Rooms are clean and simple, beds are a little uncomfortable. Breakfast is decent but wont knock your socks off. All around ok, price is a little steep for what you get."
