“I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the……

“Excellent location. Right next to the Belmont train station. Easily walkable to Wrigley field. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Small market right across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet.”
