“My only issue is they had carpet cleaners in to clean the carpets. I thought it was only the public areas. But when I came back to the room at the end of the day my room carpet was still damp. I was not told the carpet cleaners would be in my room while I was gone. Nothing seemed out of place but I would’ve appreciated knowing ahead of time that they would be entering my room. Other than that I was happy with the stay.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
