Pittsford Castle Hotels

This is a wonderful “value” hotel that we stay in often. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms with a great tv, and an awesome staff, from check-in, to breakfast staff to just running into staff in the elevator, so friendly, kind, and attentive. Well done to all involved at this property.

Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance including a remarkable dairy across the street that sold amazing ice cream and various treats.

The room was spectacular. I even liked the way that the breakfast bar was set up.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Awesome

Friendly staff, clean facility and nice breakfast space and options.

Was a great place to stay. Bar and restaurant on site so we didn’t even have to leave.

..

I recently booked a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday sleepover and we had an amazing time. Shout out to Marsha at the front desk she was amazing and really made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great!! Really an unforgetable experience. Thanks again to the residence Inn by Marriott staff!! You rock!!

Great place to stay

I had a surgery and I was very happy to make this hotel a choice. My only inconvenience was the location of the sink and the absence of a coffee maker and microwave in the room. In the end it worked out because I was granted a microwave in the room. I’m very happy about my stay and will be back. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location to food and many stores. Thank You Thank you.

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.

Probably the best hotel around university of Rochester! Great dining options! Very clean rooms and pleasant staff!

I will stay here every time I am in Rochester

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside. The breakfast is good for a quick bite.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The owners were welcoming and sweet. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. The room was stylish, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh brewed coffee, fresh squeezed juice, pastries, salmon toast, and crepes! Overall experience was amazing.

Friendly staff and helpful, specially on 21st morning, morning shift staff Geoffrey (maybe Gregory)walked to the parking lot to help me find my car, since I parked my car in the night, couldn't remember where did I park and panicked thought my car got towed, I was really appreciate his patience and kindness.
