"Definitivamente amamos estar hospedados en el Riu Palace Riviera Maya. Nuestras expectativas de viajar a México eran muy altas y sin lugar a dudas las superaron todas. No queríamos salir del hotel, lo hicimos porque hay lugares que son obligatorios conocer en la Riviera Maya, pero estábamos muy felices en el hotel las 24 horas. Comenzando por las personas que nos atendieron, los mexicanos se llevaron nuestro corazón y cada persona del hotel nos dio un trato excelente. Estábamos sorprendidos de la limpieza del hotel, todo estaba impecable y el cuerpo lo dejaban hermoso cada mañana. Nunca imaginamos que hubieran tantas actividades en el hotel proporcionadas por the other services team, con cada una de ellas nos divertimos, nos reímos, bailamos, jugamos, conocimos personas de casi todo el mundo al compartir con ellos gracias a estas actividades. El hotel se preocupó por cada detalle de nuestra estadía, la recepción al darse cuenta que estaba de cumpleaños me decoraron la habitación y me dejaron una felicitación escrita con un detalle, luego los meseros del restaurante japonés me trataron espectacular y me llevaron un pastel hermoso y me cantaron las mañanitas, no pude pasar un mejor cumpleaños!! Y por último algo súper importante, la comida estaba deliciosa, toda la comida nos encantó, hay mucha variedad de restaurantes y se les nota el esfuerzo para que todo tenga un sabor delicioso. Quedamos enamorados de México y muy agradecidos con el hotel. Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos!"

"Considering the price for this hotel, there weren't any negatives for this all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised, because I know when regarding hotels you get what you pay for. However, the service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and made us feel right at home which is important for me. Also, the food and drinks were great! I'm a harsh critique of food at all inclusive hotels, but again, for the price, the food here was very good. The rooms aren't huge but thats okay, we didn't spend much time in there anyway. The beach was well kept, lots of fun things to do at the hotel, and within walking distance of shops and things to do outside of the hotel. Very good affordable place to stay and enjoy the beach ❤️ Definitely will be back soon! "
