"I really enjoyed not having to leave the property. Most of my needs were met on site. I didn’t like the price of items in the store, though. $30 usd for sunscreen was obscene. And a dress I liked was $95 usd. I understand its tourist pricing, but it was excessive. I was able to get very similar items outside of the resort for a fraction of the price. Things that could be better: the rooms could use more blankets. It’s incredibly cold at night and the ac must stay on to minimize condensation so some extra blankets could help. Having a robe and slippers in the rooms would be nice too. "

"loved it and emilio and camillo are so nice and all the staff are so helpful and kind. entertainment is great and food (vegetarian options are great) is good. pools are nice—only improvement is that there needs to be more accessible water/water bottles around the resort as well as more trash cans. but these are minor points so no big deal. thanks for a great spring break!"

"Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Room (hacienda) was clean, good wifi, quiet. Food was good to excellent depending on the restaurant. Beach was top notch, large enough to easily find good loungers any time of the day. Pool(s) were maybe a bit smaller than what I expected. Family pool has a swim up bar but not one at the adult pool? Go figure. Grounds were immaculate, and the center area had great vibe, amenities. Cup cake shop and the Mexican cafe were fantastic. Shows were big productions and great sound system. Definitely would go there again. "

We were never pestered about joining a Time Share, we were asked once about becoming members of Iberostar and when we replied 'No' we were never asked again, thank you for your consideration Iberostar.
