“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. “Staff was wonderful everyone was friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. Hotel on the other hand not that good none of the restaurants were open, only buffet. If the they were open there is too many rules and strict dress code. Men had to have long pants if not your not allowed in. The hibachi you had to go in person at 5:30pm to make a reservation or you could not eat there, when it was empty literally all the time. Beware of an animal all around the property it got into our room……

“My partner and I stayed for 2 nights during our vacation to Mexico. The property is a short walk (~15 mins) away from 5th Avenue, which is perfect to avoid hearing the noise at night. The overall value good - the room was adequate and clean, front desk was kind and helpful, and breakfast (pastry, fruit, coffee) was delicious. There is also a gym that looked well-fitted (we didn't use) and some other amenities we didn't get a chance to try. Overall, would stay here again.”
