“I had a great stay @ The Reef 28. The hydrotherapy @ the spa was exceptional, differently one of the highlights of my trip. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean, the food was really. It would be great if the pool area had more chaise lounge chairs. Folks with day passes took them early and stayed all day so I didn't get a chance to take advantage of that experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Breakfast was yummy and room service was so nice! We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, was not overcrowded. The rooms were huge! pools clean and refreshing and the beach was beautiful. It was easy to get a cabana bed and Marco was amazing, helping get us a great spot anytime we asked :) ”

“The property lost power for our last evening. When we asked for water bottles they said they had none and the water would be fixed in a few hours, no water or power in the morning. No notice from the hotel. Also the rooftop amenity is not attached to the room. It also has no beach access, which isn’t super clear. Staff was not super helpful when asking for assistance with curtesy shuttles, giving differing and vague information. The website indicates they have a spa and a gym, but both are not……
