“非常适合全家一起来这里住几天”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Muy buen servicio al cliente, personal muy amable, instalaciones aceptables, comida buena y variada, los horarios de snack y bar excelente. Lo malo es que se tardan mucho en el bar de alberca y en los snacks, se siente que falta personal para atender más rapido. Esperar Aprox 5 min por una bebida y hasta 20 min una pizza con papas”

“The hotel was beautiful. Some of the staff were great. The food options were not good. There were restaurants advertised that were not open during our stay and the ones available did not have many options for someone who is vegan or pescatarian. It was also frustrating that most of the food came out cold. The only hot meal I had was a cooked to order omelette and the pizza. Outside of those two items the food was underwhelming. Salads and desserts brought by room service were warm. The drinks……
