“we loved the staff and how accommodating and welcoming they all were, very helpful as well and looking out for their guests which stood out to us as we weee vacationing for our honeymoon.”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Rooms were basic, my sheets had the worst smell like someone had been playing outside all day and got in the bed (I had to have housekeep come change them and I had just arrived)! It lacked entertainment and excitement during pool time and after hours! Staff was great and tried to be accommodating. Breakfast buffet was terrible limited options the 2nd worst I've encountered thus far!! They say its a party hotel definitely not!! Great location for walking shops and restaurants”
