“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“All the staff were very helpful and informative. Especially since we only spoke English. The resort was very nice and food was amazing. The bartenders provided great service.”

“We didn't have the best experience. 1st room was just ran down, 2nd room with swim up had a broken lock which we reported right away. Maintenance tried to fix it when we first reported it but was unable to. After a heated discussion with a staff member they advised us if we were not happy or did not feel safe to find another hotel(just rude). The nice young lady who checked us in found another room.
Horrible experience! Room ended up being ok at the end. Oh and you must eat at the sister……

“Beautiful location, the beach huts were lovely. Overall a wonderful stay.
Occasionally felt the staff were quite judgemental about how limited our Spanish is.
Drinks and food are very expensive. Worth heading to other locations for drinks and diner.”
