“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The hotel itself was nicely decorated and overall well maintained. However, the junior suite we booked was more suitable for a couple than a family with kids, especially teenagers. While the toilet was separate there was no separation or partition between the bathroom and bedroom which is not ideal for families traveling with older kids or teens, especially when they’re different genders. I would rate the customer service okay considering I am used to American customer service. The staff did……
