The room and customer service was great. We needed to get our key cards reactive numerous times. But overall good experience.

Very nice area..
Bristol Renaissance Faire was excellent. Loved the Kenosha HarborMarket.
The Bristol Renaissance Faire is my favorite place in the world. This hotel is conveniently located just a few miles away and has easy access to either local roads or the Interstate. It is also near restaurants and other amenities I enjoy.
It's very difficult to find food that isn't from a chain. We had to go all the way to Kenosha before we found a real restaurant. The restaurant attached to the hotel is ok but they don't stay open very late.
I didn’t go to the town of Pleasant Prairie. The weather is nice though.
