“We had a great visit here. Robert’s place is ideally located for easy travel to great food and shopping. Royal Oak, Berkley, and Birmingham are all super close and it was also close to the freeway so we took trips to Ann Arbor and downtown easily as well. The place is really nice, well appointed and super clean. We were worried when we checked in and felt the floor shaking from the karate studio underneath but it turned out not to be a problem at all and was closed by the time we got back in……

“The apartment was not clean. Even after I sent pictures he did not believe me. The place didn’t even have toilet paper! Since we were stuck and had no choice we cleaned the bathroom, stripped the bed and washed the sheets and ran the vacuum. “Super cute place. Exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly. My only complaint was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there were only stairs. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
