“I am disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown online, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The wash basin had yellow stains, and the couch bedsheet had visible stains and marks. I have photographs of these issues and can provide them if required. Given the poor condition of the room and the difference between the advertised and actual accommodation, I believe the stay did not provide value for money.”

But the owner simply handed me the key and warmly welcomed me to put everything in my room.It’s a lovely place, and the room is very clean!
