"The house is spacious and comfortable, situated in a quiet but convenient area. Avola is 5 minutes away, the motorway linking Messina, Catania, Siracusa and Gela is also a few minutes drive from the house.A car is essential. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. If we had a problem they responded immediately. As for this area of Sicily there is lots to do. Beach lovers are well catered for and there are plenty of possibilities for hikers. The beautiful towns of Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa and Modica are within easy reach. We would certainly love to go back."

"We had such a good time staying at Villa Felicia! The setting is very peaceful, there are lemon and lime trees all around, it's quite and beatiful. The best part is the staff, they are incredibly warm and welcoming. Rooms are simple and rustic but very comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant is surpringly very good - an elevated version of traditional Sicilian dishes."

"We spent 8 days in Sicily circling the island and Villa Ambra was our absolute favorite stay. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the home and room was beautiful, and the breakfast was beyond amazing. The staff gave us EXCELLENT. Suggestions on how to make the most of our time in Noto. We would stay here again, 1000 times over. If we were to re-create this trip, we would definitely spend at least two maybe three nights here and take day trips. There is so much to see and do nearby and the historic section of Noto is absolutely adorable. Another huge plus for this location is the parking accommodations. I was able to park in a secure parking lot right at the home. Parking at most of the other places we stayed at throughout. Sicily was sketchy at best. And highly frustrating. Villa Ambra was perfect in every way!"

"Gianni was an excellent host. He was very friendly and gave great tips for exploring Noto and the surrounding area. Breakfast is served from 8:30-9:30 and was very delicious! The rooms were comfortable and in a wonderful location."

"Pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous space... unexpected private terrace in the center of the floor we stayed at, antiques and art, beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious showers. Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here. "
