“Nicole was absolutely amazing. Her customer service truly made my stay warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I stayed in a private junior room, and I’ll be honest: it was the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. Definitely not enough space for two people, so if you want comfort or space, this isn’t the spot for that. “I enjoyed my stay here very much. All the staff are very helpful and great at their job. There are so many activities planned by the hostel and if you wish not to do any, staff are more than willing to provide suggestions. The WhatsApp group was super helpful to keep up with activities.
