"Definitely not as nice as it looks online. The room was well worn, the towels very old, the shower needs proper cleaning, old dirty grout, and the WiFi was horrible. The breakfast needs improvement. Tons of breads and cakes, that were very good, but very few healthy foods. "

"Nicolás at the front desk was very friendly and efficient when he checked me in. He was also very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast included is very good. The hotel itself is somewhat basic but the best option to be on the beach. The bathroom toiletries such as vanity kit and tissue were never replaced throughout the 6-day stay. Would be nice to have a regular box of Kleenex. Bed and pillows were hard, so I didn’t sleep comfortably. But overall a nice stay"

"Lovely hotel in a great location (near Copacabana and Ipanema beaches). Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good and the bar, pool and gym on rooftop are fab - with great views over Copacabana beach. Air con is a must and works well"
