"Excelente serviço, todos muito atenciosos principalmente os funcionários da recepção e portaria. Apesar da minha avaliação ser excelente, dois pontos negativos. O café da manhã é bem completo mas de preço muito alto. E o secador de cabelo é anexado a gaveta o que impossibilita o uso adequado se seu cabelo for comprido. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, espero uma solução melhor para hospedes que desejam usufruir de um secador de cabelo sem ser punidos pelo publico que leva para casa como souvenir (risos)…."

"The room was cleaned everyday. Which was a huge plus for us. The staff was amazing. The hotel is located right in front of Copacabana beach and 10-15 walk to Ipanema which was a huge plus. We went back and forth to both beaches. We took the breakfast option which was even more of a plus because the breakfast was amazing! Everything they had was fresh. Overall, would stay again here! "

"The Fasano was an excellent location situated in the heart of Ipanema Beach. This trendy boutique tropical vibe was a perfect for our trip to Rio. The staff service was 5 stars - personable and anticipated our every need. The roof top and pool was stunning with a beautiful 270 degree views of the beach and sunsets! The Gero restaurant was also a delicious dinner if you want to eat on-site!"
