"Property was not clean upon arrival. We got there later in the evening after a busy day. A management company tried to get a cleaning crew in there, but because of the hour were unable to and attempted to relocate us for the one night and then put us back in that location for the next night. That was not possible as we were exhausted and already settled in.
Took it upon myself to wash the sheets and towels that were soiled from previous guest.
