"We waited over 1 1/2 hours in the lobby only to find out the room we booked 4 months prior was booked to someone else after we booked it. Even the lobby personnel tried calling and texting the owner without any response?? A lady finally showed up to take us to another room I had to ask the lady that finally came to help us get into the room due to my wife being in a wheelchair because she just took off to the elevator!! On the way to the new room we find out we have to move again in the morning...
