“I really liked the location of this Hilton Garden. There were so many shops, restaurants, drugstores, gas stations, grocery stores and bank writhin a few blocks or few feet. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, nice modern touches. Lots of lighting choices and the reading lights were great for a little bright light, and the housekeepers were so nice. They had a lot of pride in their work and always helpful. Tipping her was deserved. The bar downstairs is a little pricey for drinks, but……

“This property is extremely old and rundown. The quality and condition of the room was very poor and a musty old smell lingered in all the hotel hallways and odor greeted us when we entered the room. The carpets throughout the hotel and room are threadbare and bunched up or missing in many areas. There are chips and cracks on counters and in the sink in the bathroom and kitchen and mold and rusted areas in the shower and a very old dirty feel of the grout surrounding the tiles. The air……

“The smell of the food that people cook in their rooms was horrible. Cleaning personnel did not do the thorough job, dud not make beds, did not clean the floor or leave fresh towels. And the breakfast was not good. I understand that it is complimentary, but I would rather pay a fee and get a good variety, ”

“Slept so very well!!! Not sure if it was the bed and bedding or sheer exhaustion, but i havent slept any better in months!”

“We have a very good experience. The room is clean, tidy and has no unpleasent smell. The staff are very friendly. If it's your first time at the hotel, they will introduce you to some of the hotel's facilities and your rights.”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”
