“The room was completely unacceptable and extremely dirty. I would not recommend this hotel for families or children. It was absolutely disgusting, and almost nothing worked. The customer service was far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. There were holes in the curtains, the TV was broken, the cable didn't work, and several electrical outlets didn't work. We asked to be moved to a different room, but the replacement room was in the same condition. Housekeeping did not service our……

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.”

“It's unfortunate that the appearance of the lobby was pitiful, dirty, and looked like a run-down motel inn you would find on Route 66. I guess you can say you get what you pay for...The hotel receptionist was helpful in allowing us to check in one hour earlier since the rooms were ready.”
