"I really enjoyed my time at the Kukulkan. The property was very clean and well maintained. It also has a nice vibe as a smaller resort (which I prefer). I would say that if you are looking for excitement and want to party and get hammered every day, then this might not be the place for you. It is rather chill in my opinion. The food was good. I ate mostly at the buffet, but did indulge at the steak and Mexican restaurants. Both were pretty good! They have nightly entertainment at their theater... with very talented cast members. They also had featured drink stations positioned around the main lobby area along with the regular bar. The coffee bar is nice as well... visited daily! The pool areas were great... never had a problem with seating! There is no need to be there at 7:00AM to get a seat. I walked right up at various times and always found a good chair. They have plenty of games/activities at the "party" pool to keep you occupied while tanning/swimming. The staff was awesome and always present... no matter where I was. They were always quick to offer a drink or anything else I might need. If I was forced to come up with something negative, it would be the fact that when I booked the trip through Expedia, I was given an $850 spa credit. When I investigated it, there are different amounts of discounts off of select services. For example, a one hour massage was something like $215, but with the credit, I could get it for $200. Overall, it was great! "

"Too many children running everywhere and in the pool, adults can’t really enjoy pool games because of it."

"We love everything about it but they were a bit stingy with ordering at their restaurant. It’s supposed to be all inclusive but gave us words when we ordered extra appetizers and a regular entree for our small child. If we are able to finish the food, there should be no questions asked. "

"We had a great vacation. Regardless of going during a tropical storm the staff kept us busy with activities and the trip was very fun. Food was good and staff were constantly cleaning. We will be back "
