“this property exceeded our expectations. the room was very nice, all recently renovated. clean and new. although we only stayed one night, we loved sitting by the lake and the owner lit a bonfire at night and we sat out for a while. we went into the town of Lee for a wonderful dinner. would definitely recommend if you're are in the area”

“We had a lovely 2 night stay in early July. This is a classic New England inn- think cozy, warm and well lived. If you are looking for sleek and spa this is not it. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with very friendly owners and staff- this is for you. The pool was fantastic bonus as it was 98 degrees during our stay.”

“Beautifully decorated inside and gorgeous gardens and landscaping outside. A lovely serene spot away from the crowds that are only minutes away in downtown Stockbridge. The breakfasts were plentiful, artfully presented and delicious. Staff were friendly and very competent.”

“The good: Location, attractive exterior and comfortable bed. The bad: Parking behind the hotel requires that you carry luggage around to the front. No elevator, be prepared for one or two flights of steps and long hallways. Most rooms do not have a place to hang any clothes. I suggested that they at least order some portable hanging racks. There was no mirror in the room, the only mirror was a small oval over the pedestal sink. No table or desk in the room, only one uncomfortable chair with a……

“I needed the room for a quick one nighter. With that in mind it served my purpose quite well.”

“This was our second stay at 33 Main. Wonderfully maintain, homey environment, with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Welcoming cookies, and beautiful water bottle. They even remembered that we asked for the beach and gave us excellent recommendation. Convenient parking in the back. My only suggestion for improvement is breakfast - last year it was much better.”

“Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.”

“Good location, beautiful inn. We had a claw tub with hand held shower only. Breakfast was delicious and great choices. Roo. Temp easy to adjust. No USB plugs or convenient outlet near bed. TV was rather small on a dresser. Two nice chairs in room. Good space overall.”
