"Trust me when I say I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews. I truly believe if you don’t have something nice to say, it’s better not to say anything at all—but in this case, I feel like I have to speak up to help others avoid the same experience I had. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean or properly maintained—the lamp had visible mold inside, which was extremely concerning. The bed sheets had stains, and even worse, there appeared to be tiny bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night with itchy marks, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Room cleaning is not provided on a daily basis so that's a big disappointment. The hotel itself feels old and outdated, and unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and poor service made things even worse. I checked out a daily early rather then staying there another night. My advice: KEEP LOOKING. I 100% regret staying here."

"Our housekeeper, Veronica, was always very attentive, ensuring that our room was immaculate, restocking our daily coffee supply, and providing fresh towels when needed. The staff in the buffet area promptly replenished everything at the bar, and they offered a wide variety of breakfast options for the family. The facility was maintained in excellent condition, and I miss the delightful scent that greets you as soon as you walk into the lobby. The fact that the location of this Residence Inn is within walking distance of the beach is a plus. My family also enjoyed the pool area after a long day of exploring the island. "The room was very very tiny. Entire room has only one light switch working. So if someone want light in bathroom then have to turn on light for entire room. Very very pathetic facility. The window was broken. The room walls are piled. Looked like some remote field place. I don’t understand how come Expedia has business with such a poor facility. I would stop using Expedia after this very bad experience."

"Great location. Beach is right across the street. Once you get there you just have to show your room key and you get free chairs and umbrellas. Pool is also a nice perk. Seating is really comfortable and the pool itself was nice (water was pretty warm). The bar by the pool is convenient for drinks and bites. Room was small but nice. Breakfast each morning was pretty great. Eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and bagels. Made it really easy. "

"I will be contradicting myself in this review. 7 days stay with the top room and Ocean view. The staff was amazing. The lobbies, cafe, mezzanine and bar were not only aesthetically stunning but immaculate. The atmosphere was lively. The gift shop was well stocked and convenient. Issue was with the room. It was dilapidated. I wish I could include pictures. The tile floors were greasy and slippery. There was mold and peeling paint in the ceiling. The air conditioning unit was loud and leaking.The led mirror flickered and was missing pieces on all corners. The granite countertop was chipped. The shower was strangely in the middle of the bathroom and it leaked out onto the surrounding floor. There was missing/moldy caulk thru out. I will clarify that the issues seemed more maintenance and upkeep not cleanliness. The layout was odd overall as the mini fridge and coffee pot were inside the bathroom. I found this gross. The pool area again moldy areas, chipping paint, sagging lounge chairs. There’s some false advertising regarding included amenities so beware of that. The site implies the snorkeling trails are included as an amenity. Not true. Despite this we would stay there again! Just not for the $$ we paid. The ocean view is breathtaking. Direct access to Playita Del Condado with lounges and can use the hotel Hilton Garden Inn across the street pools and hot tub. Overall the location and access to 2 hotels amenities with beach access is great and worth it for the right price."
