“This maybe the worst place if have ever stayed. Expedia should somehow find a way to confirm pictures because was net even close to the pictures on website. Place was gross. I received one towel for 2 nights and when I asked for a second towel , I was told “ let me see if I can find one”. They were unable to find a second towel. Place should be condemned it was absolutely gross.”

“We happened to be there during the week between weddings so had the place mostly to ourselves. Lovely farm setting with vegetable gardens and chickens and pigs to wander among. There was a lovely watercolor painting exhibit in barn. Extensive trail system right behind the fields. Manager Stacy was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast cooked to order, delicious. Very peaceful setting.”

“The property really is on a working farm. Upon first arrival we were greeted by a flock of ducks. The farm dogs treated us the second day when we returned from dinner. We were able to visit the sheep, cow and chickens during the daylight hours. Step out the front door during the day to enjoy the Mountain View or at night and enjoy the stary sky of Vermont. The inside is brand new and in pristine condition, with lots of space. A full working kitchen, dining table, love seat and entertainment……

“The property is very comfortable with beautiful view of the lake. The evening bon fire proved to be a way to meet fellow travelers. There are many public rooms to keep you engaged. Site manager is very helpful and friendly.”

“I thought the cabins were very unique and very nicely done. Everything was clean when we arrived. It was a little confusing about the check-in, but someone came to our aid. We enjoyed our stay. One thing that was wrong. Was we came home at night after dinner out and we were planning to take a shower and the water was trickling and cold. It was like there was no water on the property. It was already late so we did not contact anyone and the next morning, the water was working. This is a problem……
