This place was awesome, just what we needed. I was in town to run a race and it was the perfect place to relax afterwards. Listening to the river was nice and it was very comfortable all around with everything we needed. Location was great as well.

What a beautiful property! Nice roomy house had everything we needed. Being right next to the river was very relaxing. The only downside was the highway is very close and loud but to be expected in the location. Very close to Riggins, would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! Found everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the sound of the river so very much! Had a great hike up the Rapid River Trail. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend!

The property was relaxing and met our needs. We would have spent more time on the back patio had it not been raining the whole time. This was our favorite spot. It was unclear how to connect to the internet and one guest did not have any access due to T-mobile being her provider until the host got back to us (hint to future guests - scan QR code on bottom of the cylinder tower). The host met our needs when she responded but response time was slow each time. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Again, overall great experience except for the lag in communication.
