"This is one of the cleanest, most well maintained properties I have ever stayed in! This chalet was the perfect size for our family and the loft was great for our kids. Do not follow the Google Map directions though...look at your map ahead of time as there is a much easier way to the location. The driveway is indeed steep. We handled it fine in our AWD Rav4, but if there is snow we would definitely feel better in a 4WD vehicle. The hot tub was extremely clean and was a relief after a day on the...

"We had a wonderful stay at Pioneer Pup. Beautiful view and a very convenient location. Close to the Park, Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very clean and enjoyed the split levels so the older children had a space to themselves! There weren't many reviews as it is a newer listing but did not disappoint. We'll be back. "

"Oh this is by far my favorite place to stay in Tennessee. The hotel has this amazing smell for starters! The rooms are awesome the staff were friendly!! I want to go back and stay again!! I hated leaving! The Waterpark is so awesome kids had a blast it was such a great time to end the day they had a cute bowling game we liked and arcade was fun. They had so much to do in the hotel and the fudge was great too "

"Great hotel with beautiful views! The rooms are starting to show their age a bit, but overall the hotel is a beauty. Not far from downtown, several restaurant options inside, and a lovely, cozy lobby. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!"
