"I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "The location was great however the description of the rental unit was off a bit. It looks like the description has been updated recrntly so it seems like it will be good for future stays. Overall decent stay- would recommend pest control as we noticed ants in the bedrooms. (No food was around). Great location- easy to commute to the city."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."
