"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"Great stay, easy to find but very private setting. House was clean and well stocked for our needs. Very long gravel driveway which was no issue for our Jeep but could be if very low clearance car like a corvette. Would highly recommend as we enjoyed the property."

"Absolutely the BEST Glamping experience one could ask for! High quality tent, beautiful site, clean and perfectly decorated. Truly, all you need is a backpack of clothes and a few groceries! Host Adrian has thought of it all! Hot shower, gas stove, bbq grill, firewood, kayak, lanterns, fridge and cooler, amazing fire pit, pots/pans, etc!!
