"Mr Onillon was a great host, meeting us at the property and again at departure. A genuinely lovely man. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. We cycled a lot and there are good routes both ways along the Dordogne with Bergerac 20k away, plus a number of Bastide villages all around. Bordeaux is an hour in a car and Sarlat, La Roque and Domme all around 90 minutes away. Huge supermarket 2 minutes away in the car and a big Saturday market in St Foy. "This property has lots of character. The views are glorious especially the afternoon sunsets. The property was well catered for. We prefered this proximaty to St Emillion, in a quiter rural village. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for.
