The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. For the price and fact that it's a motel, the friendliness and service was great. Breakfast is included and there were lots of good quality options to choose from. My only complaint is there wasn't a blanket in the room in addition to the sheet and bed cover.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating as we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were able to get us a room rather quickly. We were okay if they were not able to but I appreciate they were able to make the effort.

Great old silk mill that has been converted into a hotel. It's a great re-use of the space. The rooms are very nice, and the staff were very friendly.

This is an older hotel - kinda feels like visiting my grandma. That said, the rooms are spacious, the folks are super friendly. If you need 5-star, go elsewhere. If you want friendly and affordable with good amenities, stay here. I stay here every time I travel to a Bay Area race.

We thought this was such a value! The beds are comfortable. The shower is hot, and the complementary breakfast was generous. After reading the reviews, we brought earplugs for sleeping and had no problem with the street noises. Highly recommend doing that! The staff is very friendly and hard-working.

Very clean, quiet. Lush bed & pillows. Nice view of the waterfront from the 2nd floor. Excellent full complimentary breakfast; lots of delicious options from fruit, oatmeal to eggs, bacon & sausage. Staff were wonderful. Very helpful by providing dining/sightseeing information & directions.
