"Close to the airport, economical. Clean but old apartment. Safe in gated apartment, though limited parking on the street. Bed was comfortable enough though not great for two people. Could hear dogs barking and roosters crowing most of the night and being so near to the airport, planes flying close overhead. A decent place to be close to the airport and not have to pay hotel prices. "

"Annual friends trip (party of 9) was a big hit with this property. Clean, fresh modern decor. Air con units in all rooms. Beach towels available. Coolers, beach chairs were great to have for beach day. We rented an umbrella for shade on the beach for $10. The pool was great add to end the day. Used the grill one evening for a nice friends dinner on the beautiful patio. Walking distance to casino and bakery for morning coffee and pastries. Multiple car rental places near by. We rented a car to go...

"It was very good honestly. The only thing was the neighbors that were super loud and made my husband uncomfortable. Very good overall. Air conditioning and fresh water, for the weather of Puerto Rico is great. Nice location as well. Ubers are cheap!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"Great location, easy to access main roadways. We had to provide our own toilet paper once their supply ran out, which was one roll per bathroom in the house. Sparse kitchen utensils for cooking food. Otherwise a great place to stay at for board/corporate retreats, as long as you have a place elsewhere for meetings.
