“No parking they told me to park on the street and no laundry , only to towels for a week and the builder it is under remodelación , very strong smell ”

“An employee hotel key card was used to enter my room while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. The person ran. When I reported it to the front desk they said I made it up and that it was not possible while giving me the meanest rudest attitudes I've ever experienced on vacation. I had to call the cops. Safety and Security at a Marriott should not be a worry while you are on vacation. Nor should rude hotel management covering up for their staff. ”

“This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.”

“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. Which is completely unsafe for me and her. I called and they apologized, then continued to give me a "upgrade". When i got to the room with the upgrade- there was 2 suitcases by the door. They gave me another code to another occupied room!! I called and then was told that they were all booked and I was unable……

“Perfect secluded little spot right in the heart of everywhere you want to be. Lovely breakfast options within a 2 minute walk. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. There is no smoking area on the property so smokers will have to walk out and stand on the street to smoke with your morning coffee, minor inconvenience and does not change the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. “What a cute little room! I was pleasantly surprised. I had room number 9 upstairs. The room was clean and tidy and pleasantly decorated. The bathroom was quite large- huge shower with hot water and good pressure. There was a bench to leave my open suitcase on as well as some wire shelving and hangers to store more clothing. There were bath and beach towels in the room. Although I didn’t need beach towels, it was nice to know that they were there if I had more time to visit a beach. The location……
