“Great location! It slept 5 adults very comfortably. Beautifully decorated and spacious enough that we were not in each other’s way. The beds were very comfortable, there was extra bedding for the sofa bed with plenty of towels, kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware and utensils and it has a huge balcony with a BBQ pit. This is where I will be staying for all of my future trips to New Braunfels!”

“We had a wonderful stay in Matt's charming condo! Check in was super easy, the location was perfect, communication from Matt was excellent, and the condo had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We plan to return next year, and next time, thanks to how thoughtfully and well supplied the condo is, I won't need to pack nearly as much!
