"We had a great time. We loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek. One suggestion I would have. We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"First and foremost, our hosts could not have been more communicative! We were utterly impressed with their care and consideration over our entire stay. The drive is shared with two other abodes and the neighbors were friendly and helpful! While this house is historic, the renovation and furnishings are top notch and very comfortable! "It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening. Wish we could have taken advantage of all the other amenities like the fire pit,...

"The most perfect well appointed home within easy walking distance everywhere in Leipers Fork. The host was amazing to work with and very responsive to us. This is hands down our favorite VRBO ever. We hope to get back one day soon."

"A group of 7 friends gathered for 5 days to enjoy Franklin and Nashville. The home was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped! The hostess met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property which was very helpful. We had a minor issue with plumbing and it was addressed and solved immediately. This was a perfect place for our stay!"

"This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs. Will stay here again for sure."

"Our family of 5 stayed here during Thanksgiving. It worked well with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus a 1/2 bath. The house was very clean, decorated super cute, and had a great location. It is walkable, and downtown Franklin is very close. The outdoor movie screen was very fun, we watched Thanksgiving football outside (something we've never done in Wisconsin ha ha!). The kitchen is well stocked and we had no problems cooking meals. We hope to be back again!"

"It was that time of the year when the ladybugs invade! They were kinda cute to have around. Visited Carter House, Carnton and Winstead Hill. Great tour guides at the houses. Notes from Leipers Fork book had a chapter that coincided with The Offer series about The Godfather that we happened to be watching in the evenings while we were there. Sunk down and Slept like a log in the master bed. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities. Some kind of lighting on edge of drive as it curves would help...
