“It was a beautiful view and the room was fine, but the "queen beds" are actually Full size. so if you are an above average height and not rail thin- you cannot share the beds with another person. Also, the water pressure was pretty low. Overall, my friends stayed in the Spark right nextdoor and had better water pressure and bigger beds so for the price, I'd stay at the Spark next time. The big thing it has that others dont is MAHIs rest/bar downstairs right on the boardwalk.”

“The property was as described, except for the AC not working when we arrived. There was not any advance communication about the air, though the property processed full payment prior to our arrival. We were provided the notice that the air was not working at the end of the check-in process. Additionally, we were advised that the air was fixed later in the evening but the room was still warm throughout the night. The next morning when I notified the front desk that the room was still warm I was……

“This hotel is horrible! There’s mold everywhere in the rooms. Even on the lamp shades. No toiletries at all in the room. Only toilet paper. Not even a bar of soap. I asked for a second pillow and a blanket and the woman actually asked me how many people were sleeping in the room. It was only my husband and myself. They must be spraying daily for the mold because the smell is terrible! I had to leave the door open so I could get used to it. I would have said something about it all when we got……

“The staff was a exceptional. Beach access was great. We only had two issues. One was cosmetic repairs - the ceiling had been repaired and the patched area was painted a slightly different color. They should have painted the entire ceiling. Also, there was some missing tile in bathroom and sloppy caulking around sink. The second issue was the mandatory valet parking. The lot was very accessible as it is across the street from the hotel. We would have preferred to park our car. Ultimately, we……

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“Not a picky person and only stayed one night. This place is old and is in dire need of some upkeep, let alone upgrades. Not very clean either. ”

“Typical budget beach hotel with no amenities to rave about but location was great. Outdated rooms with smelly refrigerator but beds were comfortable and AC,shower etc working fine. As stated above average budget hotel don't expect anything more”
