“Beach view was great. Pool hours were inconsistent with the listing. Hot tub wasn’t working. We enjoyed our room, but not the two slow elevators. There was also a bit of a weird smell in our hallway.”

“The bathroom in the office was out of order. Apparently they serve breakfast here also. The elevator was disgusting. There was no ice machine on property. Our rooms smelled terrible. The lights didn't work because there were no light bulbs. The bed had sand and grit all over it. My buddy who got a different room said there was hair in his bed. We ended up not staying and getting a room somewhere else. This is probably the grossest place I have ever almost stayed. I'm totally fine with a place……

“Me gustó, todo muy bonito. Pero en cuanto a la limpieza, había mucho polvo acumulado en baseboards, esquinas y sobre la lámpara de la barra y En el baño. Nos quedamos 4 noches y no limpiaron ningún día, (cosa que me hubiera gustado que lo hicieran) Tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas. Pero en fin, la ubicación frente a la playa estuvo genial. ”

“The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.”

“Dirty and run down. We put a towel down to step on when getting out of the shower and it was black afrerwards. Other towels full of stains. There were dirty hand marks on the side of the bath. A foot print in the bath. No smoke alarm. Toilet seat was filthy. Dust and debris all around the edges of the floor. Flies in the window sills. Curtans full of holes. Microwave dirty, freezer dirty, broken plig socket hanging off the wall, a dresser whose drawer didn't stay closed. There is not much……

“Our stay at sandcastle was marred with unforseen occurances. Our jacuzzi broke and flooded our room. Mot able to use all week. They did adjust the final payment to dec. total price of final payment. The room was good otherwise. Took long time to get hot water to 9th floor for wash and shower. Loved the veranda that faced the ocean. Breakfast very good. Hotel was fixing front entrance all of our stay. Las palmas rest. Very good, smile 4 miles store helpful in lobby. Staff couteous. Overall good,……
