“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“We ended up having to book this hotel last minute because our first one was terrible. The staff were so accommodating. Our room was amazing, clean, spacious, with lots of amenities that was great for our family. The convenience area in the lobby was great for picking up quick snacks. Our favorite part was the breakfast! Our 2 year old loved the continental breakfast and ate so much each morning. This hotel was conveniently located, we loved downtown Fall River from the historical locations to……

“Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price. The room was not clean and had several issues that made it feel poorly maintained. There was visible water damage on the ceiling, the couch was stained, and the outlet next to the bed did not work. The check-in experience was also bizarre. There was no one readily available at the front desk, so I had to use a phone to call the desk and wait for someone to come assist me. I’ve never experienced a hotel check-in process like that, and……
