I would suggest a simpler way to obtain the Wi-Fi password, perhaps a note on the fridge with rules about check our and garbage pick up too. It might be helpful to add some hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms and perhaps replace some of the doors in the bedroom, great room, bathrooms cluster with pocket doors to avoid crashing as people come and go.
