"The house was great for our family. It is an older developed neighborhood very close to downtown. We had tons of restaurants, the waterfront and grocery stores nearby. The neighbors were all nice and the houses all have good landscaping. It as a safe area. The house had three comfortable rooms and 2 bathrooms. There were two separate TV living rooms and my boys enjoyed having their own space downstairs."

"Held our daughter-in-law’s baby shower here in April 2024. It rained but the views and balcony let us enjoy the outside anyway. This place is perfect for entertaining a larger group. Our family stayed overnight and found all our needs met. The home is well stocked, clean, and cozy. The management team is very responsive for questions. We’ve already started planning our next family gatherings at this property."

"This property is wonderful. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and great noise insulation. The kitchen furnishings are new and complete for every cooking need. The linens and blankets are fresh and cozy. The driveway/off street parking is a great bonus. We walked to great coffee houses, restaurants and a bookstore. When we return to Vancouver, we'll be planning to stay here again!"

"My past experience is that properties are not quite as good as they look online. This was an exception. It was even better than I expected. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. So many lovely details right down to some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid my head on. I would definitely stay here again!"

My communication with the owners was easy and they were very accommodating. I definitely recommend this home and will rent again when in town to visit family."

"We really loved our trip/stay. As all the reviews state, it's very dog friendly. The backyard is HUGE. We brought our two fur babies and they loved it. We were staying there to visit my brother and his new baby. It's centrally located to all things you need to do. Everything is only 15 mins away. If you are going to Vancouver, stay here.
