"Very comfortable bed, excellent customer service at the reception and at the cafe. Only problem was the power was out to the restaurant in the morning (and we had food credit as first time visitors). Staff got us coffee and pastries and did their best considering the circumstances."

"We liked the lobby and the welcoming surroundings. The morning breakfast, which was included with the stay, was a big hit the first day. On the second day, however, we saw a roach walking beneath a table in the dining area and that completely changed our views about eating there again."

"Beautiful hotel and amenities. Wonderful housekeeping. The gentlemen who checked us in was great. Unfortunately, we had a poor interaction with a member of the staff. My family member wanted to find a microwave because our room only had a minifridge. She went to ask the concierge. The concierge said the microwaves were only for hotel guests… in a rather mean way. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day but it was rude and her tone was unnecessary. In the future kindly asking if someone is a guest or for their room number be would more appropriate."
