"Did not like the gaming facilities! The machines take money but do not let you play! Could of stayed home and played games on my phone and have a better time!"

"We stayed at the hotel for the Alanis Morissette concert and it was convenient and everyone was super friendly! The shuttle was everything! Highly recommend staying for your concert needs."

"I found the property to be a great deal. Every single interaction we had with the staff was outstanding. Everyone in the building was friendly, hardworking, and had lots of great recommendations when asked.
Continental breakfast was solid and well attended to. Again, staff working hard to keep the eating area clean and were very hospitable.
Pool was warm and clean and had a nice view of the arch.
The building itself is showing its age a bit, but it is also clean and well taken care of. The staff go a long way!
We chose the hotel because it was close to the arch, and it is less than a block from the north park entrance. This might be more an issue with St Louis than anything else, but the area around the hotel felt like a ghost town.
Average midwestern downtown vibe of feeling abandoned after 5pm and on weekends. Felt safe walking to food on Washington, but also a bit of a solitary vibe. We drove to most of our destinations aside from the Arch. Parking lot and garage were monitored and keycard access controlled. The whole town seems a bit obsessed with secure parking, maybe lots of visitors from non-metro areas who aren't used to securing their belongings...
I don't really have plans to return to STL, but I'd recommend the hotel to anyone on a budget and looking to get the most bang for their buck."
