“The check-in was a problem. Initially no one was there for check-in and we had to just sit and wait at 2:45 PM. Once someone arrived the individual had the personality of a blank sheet of paper and provided about as much information. There was no restaurant and initially the entire castle was locked down. We drove off site to have dinner. The room was pretty big, but the bathroom had the smallest shower ever, and that includes the one on my destroyer in the US Navy! The room itself was also NOT……
